Permanent Makeup / Microblading :

• A non-refundable security deposit of $150 will be necessary to schedule any appointment. The amount will be credited toward your total balance and a mandatory aftercare product upon completion of your procedure.

• Any cancellations, “no-shows”, and/or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the procedure day to prevent a $150 cancellation, “no-show” and/or rescheduling fee charged to your credit card.

• A valid credit card must be held on file.

• Additional cost(s) apply for appointments scheduled before & after normal business hours ($100, non-refundable).

• All major credit / debit cards are accepted

• Courtesy reminder, customary gratuity guidelines are 15% - 25% of the original cost of your procedure.

• No refunds and / or exchanges. Sorry, no exceptions.

• There is a 3% credit card processing fee for all transactions. Not ncluding tax.

Bridal :

• A non-refundable security deposit of $200 will be necessary to book your wedding date. The amount will be credited toward your total balance.

• Signed bridal contract

• Courtesy reminder, customary gratuity guidelines are 15%- 25% of the original cost of your appointment.

• No refunds/ or exchanges. Sorry, no exceptions.

• There is a 3% credit card processing fee for all transactions. Not including tax.

Lash / Makeup Appointments :

• A non-refundable security deposit of $50 will be necessary to schedule any appointment. The amount will be credited toward your total balance and a mandatory aftercare product upon completion of your appointment.
